How “eco” is a LOOS FOR DOs Eco?

Don’t be fooled by the simple green box, we are still doing our bit for the environment. No better way to celebrate than WORLD TOILET DAY. So it’s true we are still using chemicals in our loos instead of going for the earthy compost loos with a sprinkling of sawdust, but we are still doing our bit, here’s a few facts that might put things into perspective.
170 BILLION LITRES OF WATER ARE SAVED GLOBALLY EVERY YEAR
This equates to 473,000,000 litres of water saved daily. Around the world huge savings are made in water consumption because people use a chemical portable loo rather than a flushing toilet.
LOOS FOR DOs ecos use hardly any water at all, and to wash hands we have alcoholic hand sanitisers, so you leave germ free and feeling fresh, whilst still doing your bit for the planet. All the waste that is produced is legally and carefully recycled protecting our water ways from the devastating effects of contamination which can be deadly.
SAVING FUEL:

The clue is in the name- a portable toilet can near enough go anywhere! An island on the Thames… the 15th storey of scaffold… in areas hit by devastation. We are fortunate to live in a culture where it is not acceptable to just go wherever you need too, where ever you may be.
