Please read the below Conditions of Hire document carefully before hiring toilet or shower facilities with LOOS FOR DOs Ltd. These are industry standard T & Cs and are quite extensive however we want to ensure that there are no surprises along the way.

LOOBOT Bookings & Full Conditions of Hire 2019

Please read the following information prior to booking:

TRANSPORT: Unless we’ve agreed a special plan, our prices are for weekday delivery/collection during working hours. We will confirm your delivery slot 7 days prior to your event and will whisk everything away within 3 working days after your event.

POWER: We need a 13 or 16 amp power supply for luxury trailers and showers. Showers also need fresh water, gas and drainage.

HIRE DATES: Contracts are based on the hire start/end dates as shown on the contracts. If there are any additional events outside of the dates specified then they may be subject to a 25% surcharge.

LIABILITY: You are responsible for insuring equipment. We try not to, but extra charges apply for items that are returned to us damaged, lost or in an excessively dirty condition.

SITING UNITS: We only have 1 hour on site for set up so please have a Plan A and Plan B to allow for bad weather or access issues as we can’t be responsible for any damage on site. Units have to be within 10m/30ft of our vehicles too and can only be moved by our drivers.

VAT: Our prices are subject to whatever the Government decides the standard VAT rate will be at the date of your event.

CANCELLATION: 50% of the agreed contract price is non-refundable but if you cancel more than 28 days before your event then we can refund the rest.

EMERGENCIES: Please don’t panic—just call our office in the first instance on 0845 123 2901 for details of how to contact our On-Call Engineer outside of working hours, please them try 07525 699 616.
